Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content available on YBA Scripts infringes one or more of your copyrights, please submit a written notice containing the following information:

How to Submit

Send your DMCA notice via the contact page on our website. Please write "DMCA Takedown Request" in the subject line. We will review your notice and, if valid, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content promptly.

Counter-Notice

If you believe that content removed in response to a DMCA notice was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the removed content and its location before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal district court.

Repeat Infringers

YBA Scripts maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
